Can I get my sample reel/tape added to my full order?

Yes you may - but the free sample offer is just that - a free sample, not a free transfer. If you want to include the reel/tape from the sample with your full order you will have to pay all of the associated costs.

How much footage are we getting transferred for free?

For film, we will transfer 50 feet from the beginning of a single reel in our standard transfer method. 50 feet of film is roughly 3 minutes. For video tapes, we will capture the first 15 minutes of video tape footage from the beginning of a single video tape. We will edit out any blank tape, blue screen, or static footage. So, your final home movie DVD may contain less than 15 minutes of footage.

How do you ship the sample DVD back? Will I have to pay for return shipping?

Do I get my film/video back from the sample?

Yes! We return the film, video, boxes, cans, cases- everything!
