We would like to thank everyone for stopping by our booth at the Louisiana State Convention last weekend. What a turnout we had! This weekend we will be at the Florida State Convention. Please stop by our booth and check out the new Assembled Albums and Gallery Wraps.

Rush Season is just around the corner, which means many of our specials are ending for the year. Many of you are calling and asking questions about our new Assembled Albums. There is no better way to sell them than to have a sample on hand in your studio. We do have a sample special for Assembled Albums until August 31st. You can order one sample album of each style for your studio use and get 25% off! If you would like to take advantage of the discount, write on the order form "One Time Studio Sample". Studio Sample orders must be received via CD using our Digital Album Software. You can also order 5x5, 8x8 and 10x10 prints using our Stand Alone Digital Print Ordering Software, but please remember to send the order in on CD and give us the order in which the prints should be mounted. If you are a Hybrid/Digital ProShots® user, you can order 5x5, 8x8, 10x10 prints or use the Digi-matZ® templates. Once again, please give us the order for the pages in the Lab Order Form. For cut negative and manual service bureau orders, please supply a run sheet with the order in which you would like the prints mounted. We hope you will take advantage of this special!

Worried About Proofs Being Scanned? The New Finelinen Texture or Pebble Texture Is Your Answer!

We are now offering a new texture called "Finelinen" and it will be at an incredibly low price. In fact, it will be the same price as our Pebble Texture for print sizes up to 20x24. This texture is slightly lighter and finer than our current Linen Embossed Texture. If you are concerned about proofs being scanned, you will love this new texture.

The new Finelinen Texture will be available for print sizes ranging from Billfolds to 20x24, the same as our Pebble Texture. Samples are available now and can be requested by calling 1-800-376-6121, Ext. 2281 or by emailing Nola Doria at nolad@millerslab.com.

How Shipping Works - What Orders Are Shipped to Pittsburg and Columbia.

We have numerous requests to ship orders together in the same box. This is sometimes impossible to do. Once an order goes to invoicing and is packaged, it is weighed and waits for the FedEx pick-up. If orders are invoiced around the same time, we try to package as many together as possible. We can put alerts on orders to try to ship them together. However, we cannot guarantee your orders will ship together.

In order to be as efficient as possible, we do certain types of work at the Pittsburg lab and certain types of work at the Columbia lab. Below you will find a list of the types of orders that each lab accepts.

Columbia Lab:
. Web-Based and Stand-Alone Digital File Ordering
. Web-Based and Stand-Alone Digital Proofing
. Preview Prolab®
. LabPrints®
. Eventpix®

Pittsburg Lab:
. All film and/or negative orders
. Hybrid and Digital ProShots® orders
. Web-Based and Stand-Alone Digital Pic-A-Pac (as of August 1)
. Digital Undergrad orders
. StudioMaster Pro® orders
. Handwritten digital file orders (manual entry Service Bureau)

You can help speed processing of your order. Always include a new order form, and for digital orders, please let us know which software program was used (for example, "Digital Undergrad"). We will be happy to provide additional mailing envelopes or FedEx Billable Stamps for either lab at no charge. Thank you for your cooperation and especially your business! Please let us know if you have any questions.
