Thanks for purchasing a Home Movie Depot hard drive! Now, you can use that drive for all future orders! Simply check the "HMD Hard Drive Exchange" in the copy section of the home movie transfer calculator. Then, include the hard drive in the box with your new order. We will put all of the home movie memories from your newest order directly onto your hard drive for only $19.95.

Home Movie Depot will use the same hard drive that you send back to us. Please be sure to clear the hard drive before sending the drive to Home Movie Depot. Any material left on the drive will be deleted to make room for the new order.

Your order can contain film, video tapes, or 35mm slides. If your hard drive is too small for your new order, we will upgrade your hard drive to a larger size. You will be charged a $20 restocking fee. Both drives will be sent back to you with your original film, video tapes, or slides.

Home Movie Depot offers a 30 day guarantee on the hard drive and will re-transfer the 8mm film, Super8 film, 16mm film, camcorder, or VHS tapes if the drive fails during that 30 day time period. Home Movie Depot will be glad to issue a FedEx ground pre-paid shipping label for the return of the home movies. The film or video transfer will be free of charge.
