Free Copies of Your 8mm film to DVD transfer

Once we transfer your 8mm film to DVD, you can share it via Facebook or email it to anyone you know. This makes them eligible for one free DVD copy.

How does it work?

Once we have completed the transfer of your 8mm home movies to DVD, you will receive an email to remind you that you can share them via facebook or email. Once they open the link and watch them, they can get their DVD free of charge.

Can I share with multiple people? How many of them will get a free copy?

There is no limit to how many people you can share your movies with, and they are all entitled to one free DVD.

Why would you give away free DVD’s?

We remember that in the old days families would get together and sit around a projector and watch 8mm movies together. Now families are more spread apart, and that is not always possible, so it made sense to give everyone in the family the chance to own a copy.

Is it really free?

Yes, everyone you share the movies with can get a copy for free, and purchase more if they would like. The only cost is for shipping the DVD via Fedex, which generally costs less than $8.

What do I have to do?

If you have an active Facebook account just log into your account, Click on Watch/Edit Movies and then on Share On Facebook. If you don’t have an active Facebook acount, follow the same steps but end by clicking on Email This Movie. Then send it to anyone with a Facebook account, and ask them to share the movie. Anyone who is their friend will be eligible for the complimentary DVD using the discount code FreeCopy
