A Film transfer to miniDV should be technically exact. Assuming that there are no previous irregularities in the film, any pixelated screens, digital artifacts, or sound distortions suggest that the media itself is faulty. If you receive a faulty miniDV, please contact Home Movie Depot and we will arrange to immediately remedy the problem with your film transfer.
