Questions about our Free Sample Offer
How much media are we getting transferred for free?
Film customers will receive a transfer of 50 feet from the beginning of a single reel, in Frame by Frame transfer method. 50 feet of film is roughly 3 minutes.
Video customers will receive approximately the first 15 minutes of footage transferred to DVD.
Slide, negative, and photo customers can send in up to 5 images and receive a data DVD.
How do you ship the sample DVD back? Will I have to pay for return shipping?
The transfer is free, however you will need to pay for the return shipping cost. You can choose what FedEx shipping method suits you best!
Do I get my media back from the sample?
Yes! We return the film, video, slides, negatives, photos, boxes, cans, carousels, everything!
