Home Movie Depot Film and Video Transfer Steps

Step 1: We receive the film or video(s) and check them in for accuracy. We then notify you by email that we have received the film or video home movies. If your estimate is over or under by $100 or less, we will adjust the charge to your card. We will contact any film or video customer with a discrepancy over $100.

Step 2: Once the payment has been received we place the film or video order in queue to be transferred. Since we transfer orders by date of receipt, the turnaround to complete an order varies. Our typical turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks.

Step 3: We ship the basic DVDs as well as your film or video(s) back to you. Our online shipping software will send you an email notification with a tracking number.

Step 4: We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped. 8mm Film, Super8 Film, and 16mm Film customers can log in and access our online editor to title, customize, and purchase edited home movie DVDs. CUSTOMIZED COPIES ARE SHIPPED SEPARATELY FROM YOUR ORIGINAL FILMS.
