Does this apply to videos being converted into DVDs or just burning DVDs off of other DVDs?
I am sending an “Express Box”, and want to know if I can get the discount on DVD copies mentioned above.

It only applies to extra copies of DVDs that we create. The initial copy on DVD of any transfer is included in the transfer price.
