Jeff has worked in virtually every aspect of HMD. He has spent time on the production floor splicing and transferring film. He gained his first phone experience while working as an Account Manager in the sales department. In spring of 2008, Jeff assumed the position of Customer Service Manager. He is responsible for fielding customer service calls and ensuring that all customers are given quality service. Jeff holds several degrees from Pensacola Christian College including a M.S. in Educational Administration. He is currently working towards his MBA in accounting at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Laurisa has been with HMD for the past 3.5 years. Initially brought on to establish the affiliate program and write search engine text for the website, Laurisa has moved into the role of Marketing Manager. Laurisa oversees strategic communication and publicity efforts both between business to business and business to direct customers. Laurisa has a B.J. in Strategic Communications and B.A. in English, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Jay came to work for HMD in the fall of 2007 to head up HMD's product branch. Since joining the HMD team, Jay has been instrumental in facilitating deals with partners and vendors; including Kaltura, Motionbox, and EKKO Technologies. Jay is active in all areas of product management- from locating partners to writing web site copy for the product pages. Jay has a B.A. in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Michael joined the HMD team in the summer of 2007. He brings with him a B.A. in Commercial Art from Central Missouri State University and 18+ years experience in the Information Technology Industry, Sales, Customer Service and Support. Michael is responsible for leading the sales team which guides HMD's affiliates towards proper product placement and marketing techniques, ensuring that their businesses are successful and their customers are happy.
